Waqfe Nau Refresher Course Day 2

by January 28, 2026

The second day of the International Waqfe Nau Refresher Course 2026 concluded at Masroor Hall in Islamabad, Tilford, United Kingdom, with an emphasis on obedience to Khilafat, religious education, and personal moral development.

The session opened with a recitation from Surah Taubah, verse 122, which highlights the necessity of individuals becoming well-versed in religion to guide their communities. National and local Waqfe Nau secretaries from around the world attended in person and online.

Abid Khan, In-charge of the Markaz Press and Media Office, delivered a presentation on the impact of individual diligence. Drawing on historical examples and personal anecdotes from his travels with Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aba), he illustrated how a single dedicated person can effect meaningful change.

A significant portion of the proceedings addressed the spirit of obedience to Khilafat. Speakers shared narratives regarding the leadership of previous Khulafa and the exemplary obedience that Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aba) demonstrated to his predecessors, even in life-threatening circumstances.

Maharis, National Secretary for Waqfe Nau in the United States, presented on the state of the scheme in America, including a story about a student who sought direct guidance from Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aba) regarding his determination to join Jamia Ahmadiyya.

Participants were reminded that being a “Waqf” must not remain a title in name only but must be “reflected in spirit and deed.” The ultimate objective of the scheme was identified as “igniting a transformative spiritual revolution across the world.”

The course concluded with a silent prayer led by presiding officials, reinforcing the commitment of participants to fulfill their pledges of dedication.
